Although we are held here in the Conservatory, we are able to hollar out a magical radio broadcast as we endeavor to learn and share enough to help us Escape from Unknowable Conservatory...or as you out there have come to call it....the news. Its a beautiful day here at the Conservatory! We just had our first snowfall of the year and despite the cold and the snow...its very picturesque. Id like to welcome back my cohost, Adstratas number one deposed undead sorcerer ..Tony pepperoni! And we're happy to have you back Tony. I think I said everything I needed to last time, but Tony is there anything else you would like to add from your side? Then I think we can both agree to leave this incident in the past and move forward. FINE. We can have pizza tonight! Pilgrimage season has officially ended, bring a conclusion to another year of travel and escapade. The lines for admission to the Ministry of Answers HAVE been closed. Anyone in line will still recieve their answer this year, but unfortunately any pilgrims who are not in the queue already will have to try again next year. Once again, a record number of Pilgrims have cimpleted their journey again this year and the Ministry is elated that they were able to help so many of you find the answers that you worked so very hard to receive. The city of Thorvulthia would like to extend thanks, greetings and welcomes to all pilgrims who remain within the city. The city would like to inform you that there are a number of programs in place to assist you now that you have received the answers to your questions. We will share nore about these programs later in the show. Tony, we havent heard back from anyone...I know we were away, but it doesnt seem like anyone asked how to get us out of here. Those are importany questions for people, especially for someone who might be struggling or looking for direction. Maybe if you werent so hostile all of the time, people might want to help us more. Well that leads us nicely into todays iteration of our beloved segment Realive Tony! We've tried a few things lately, but my favorite was the one we tried yesterday. Yeah well at least I can reach the tops of shelves. Sorry. He knows how to really rile me up As we enter the cold season, I am reminded of the traditions of home that fill this time of year. The first celebration that comes to mind is called Halloween. Today, or when I left, it had mostly become an opportunity to wear costumes and eat candy. Traditionally, the costumes and revelery was to help ward off evil spirits. We...decided against risking it, just in case we banished Tony Its pikachu...and of course not. Im going to need you to get out of here! Oh....and we're friends! That too After Halloween comes Thanksgiving. This comes at the end of the harvest season, just as the chill of winter approaches. During this time, family and friends come together to share a large meal and take stock of the things they are thankful for. Tony, does Adstrata have anything like that? That sounds nice. I bet its really exciting when the whole family is back together again, especially in a world where there are minsters and magic. Its probably a big relief. Back on earth, after our Thanksgiving, about a month later we do it all again, except THIS time, we add gifts to the equation Well theres more to it than that...we spend the month inbetween decorating, theres special music that only the mosy depraved would listen to at other times of year. Oh no, everyone singing along together poorly is part of it! Anyway, i share these earth traditions with you Adstrata... Hmm? Oh its Chri.....cande....lets just say its called Yule. As I was saying, th- ELVES! Elves! Theres this guy, Santa, he delivers toys to good girls and boys, but he has ELVES that make the toys. I dont think Ive ever asked! Do you have elves? Theyre magical beings, usually very long lived, generally look humanoid but with point ears. Some live in forests and are tall, some live in the north pole and are smaller, and some live in trees and make cookies and are even smaller Do...you have anything like that? My name is Assei, and I am a senior manager at the Ministry of Answers in Thorvulthia. Recently, my father was injured tending to his herd of Beables. Hes getting older and he and mom need some help, so I packed up to head to the quiet seaside village of New Bara. I asked my long term Paramore Unbel to accompany me, but he said he couldnt leave the city. This is his jobs busiest time of the year. So I traveled alone back to my childhood home to help my parents on their Beable ranch. Its been nice being away from the big city. I never appreciated it growing up here, but now...something about it, especially now as the snow is starting to fall, seems so welcoming. After a few days I had to run an errand to the feed store and I ran into my old paramore Jorn Afan. Apparently Jorn started a farm where they grow the feed my family uses for the Beables. We spent a few hours talking and catching up. His parents had both passed away so he has been running the farm by himself for some time. That must be so lonely. Well the next morning...I was out tending the Beables and Jorn showed up, unannounced, to spend the whole day helping get things organized. It was such a big help. To thank him, I took him out for drinks at the local tavern and...well...we kissed. It was magical. I haven't felt that way in years. He is so kind and thoughtfull and rustic. I know it has only been 3 days, but I'm thinking of leaving my well paying job and long term paramore behind in the big city and moving back here to help on my parent's ranch and to be with Jorn. Adstrata, what should I do? " Well that is quite a predicimant Assei finds herself in, wouldn't you say Tony. What do you mean? She might have just found her one true love! She could finally be happy! You...You just don't get it. She found love! It'll be different this time! She won't get bored the life she already left behind now that she has re-found her first love! You're just evil and dont wannt anyone else to be happy! Its love and you're just mean ok...Let's move on. Returning to our opening story, the Thorvulthian Guides Guild senior post pilgrimage officer Unbel Nessuno has sent us a packet laying out some of the services that Thorvulthia has in place for those still in line or who have recently received their answers. Most importantly is that the Guide Guild does in fact have represntives who will record that you are indeed on line and made the cutoff. This will allow you to exit the line, returning back at the appropriate time. Please be sure to identify these agents by their badge. If you are unsure, they will be happy to allow you to examine their credentials. Congratulations! You have had your place in line saved! Now, you must be exhausted. Once you have had your place recorded, the Guide agent will direct you to one of the official Guild Relaxation sites. These sites offer revitilization services as well as nutritious food and beverage offerings to help restore your strength. From here, your appointed Guild representitive can help you find accomadations in the city that will work with your budget. If the Inns of the city are too prohibitive, fear not. The Guild can arrange for your housing. Your representitive can offer you a list of sites to enjoy while you wait for your appointment with the Ministry, OR, if your pilgrimage funds are running low, they can help you find a position within the city during your wait time. All of these services are offered, for FREE, for any and all Pilgrims. Even if you have already received your answer already or missed the cut off. Find your local Guild agent and ask what they can do to help you...Today! Thorvulthia really has a lot of plans and programs to support Pilgrims. It's great to see a city offer so many solutions to its visitors. Tony? Nothing to say? Alright.. well...
